Ms. Kearl focuses her litigation practice on complex real estate issues and commercial disputes. Most recent litigation includes complex surety bond and lien matters.

Ms. Kearl is admitted to practice before all California State Courts as well as selected United States District Courts. She is a board member for the Orange County Women Lawyers Association and is a fee arbitrator for the Orange County Bar Association.

Ms. Kearl is a recipient of a preeminent rating for professional abilities and ethical standards by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings. Additionally, she has also been repeatedly recognized as a Super Lawyer.

Taking an active interest in the community, Ms. Kearl served on the Board of Directors for The Child Abuse Prevention Center of Orange County for six years, including serving as President. She also served as a Board Member and as President of Women Helping Women. She is a current board member for the Family Violence Project and Mercy House Living Centers. Ms. Kearl also volunteers for the Orange County Constitutional Rights Foundation and has been honored as Volunteer of the Year for its Mock Trial Program.

Ms. Kearl received her Juris Doctor, with Honors, from the Ohio State University College of Law. During law school, she served as an Extern for the Honorable George E. Smith of the United States District Court. Additionally, Ms. Kearl has practiced as a court certified mediator.
